Will the Jackery Explorer 1500 Ultra run a wi-fi router / modem?
Yes — the Explorer 1500 Ultra runs a wi-fi router / modem comfortably
Its 1800W continuous output easily covers the 15W draw.
Estimated runtime
about 3.3 days (~78 hours)
on a single full charge
Est. usable (AC): 1,175 Wh
Appliance draw: 15 W
Continuous output: 1800 W
How we calculated this
We start from the Jackery Explorer 1500 Ultra's 1,175 Wh of estimated usable energy at the outlet — its 1,536 Wh rating, derated for a safe depth of discharge and ~15% inverter loss — then divide by the wi-fi router / modem's 15W draw:
1,175 Wh ÷ 15 W ≈ 78.3 hours
Real-world runtime varies with temperature, cable losses, and how hard the appliance actually cycles. Treat this as a solid estimate, not a guarantee.
